They havent done anything. They tried the APIM update a couple times and had download issues and gave upMy F150 is at FIVE STAR FORD in North Richland Hills Texas which is part of Fort Worth. The tech is pulling his hair out as he has been on the phone with for tech-support and can’t get anywhere. I told them to keep it until they figure it out this whole thing really pisses me off at Ford would release an update before it was ready!!
I haven't seen many reports of dealers successfully updating trucks to BC, and I have not seen any success in the DFW area dealers. McKinney at least told me they had one the week before my appointment and it took all week and they were still not successful. My F150 is at FIVE STAR FORD in North Richland Hills Texas which is part of Fort Worth. Take it to Cleburne Ford,I am just as frustrated as you are, I took my truck to the dealership here in Fort Worth to upload my blue cruise and my truck won’t except it. I bought my vehicle in 2021, it has all the features for blue cruise except for the software and they can’t get it to upload. I told him to keep it until they figure it out very frustrating !
Cleburne, Tx Ford did successfully on mine.I haven't seen many reports of dealers successfully updating trucks to BC, and I have not seen any success in the DFW area dealers. I gave up and did it myself. It is not hard to do, but its a different skillset requiring reading instructions, spending a lot of time on the computer, etc. Unfortunately, the service techs are more geared towards physically fixing engines and transmissions rather than sitting at a computer and following on-screen prompts.
I took my truck in to the dealer to have Blue Cruise installed, after I was told they could do so. They installed it but it does not work AND lane centering will no longer engage. Dealer can’t seem to resolve but says they’re working on it with Ford techs. Has anyone run into this issue?? So disappointed I’ve now lost all “self driving” functionality. It’s the whole reason I bought this truck!

Unfortunately no resolution. Still at the dealer weeks later.Did you ever got the issue taken care of. I am also in the same boat after dealer updated software lost all self driving capabilities, lane centering would not work
Have you thought about doing it yourself? I was pretty hesitant to do so, especially shelling out the $700+, but it was fairly straightforward and certainly better than having to give up your truck for weeks.Unfortunately no resolution. Still at the dealer weeks later.
Definitely under consideration. Ford corporate claims to be calling me today with a status update after filing a case with them. They claim they can get the issue resolved with the dealer. We’ll see. It’s definitely getting very old not having my truck.Have you thought about doing it yourself?
