It’s a miracle! I passed on your advice and after a few hours at the dealer everything is now working. So nice to have my truck back. Ford should have you on staff and heavily compensated.

Whelp. I called Richmond Ford where I bought the truck and they told me the first three that they recently attempted are now all screwed up. Things are really going well in Virginia!

My dealer is now at a stand still waiting for a new charger that they tell me Ford is recommending. I’m told the one they have might be making too much noise causing the update to fail. Still no luck getting mine resolved.
Definitely under consideration. Ford corporate claims to be calling me today with a status update after filing a case with them. They claim they can get the issue resolved with the dealer. We’ll see. It’s definitely getting very old not having my truck.
Can you check what’s wrong with mine? I think the software didn’t update to the needed version when Blue Cruise was installed at the dealer. But I’ve also lost lane centering now, a feature I used all the time working on the road in sales.

Are these things I could do on my own or the dealer would need to do? Sorry, the terminology is a bit over my head. When I check the system it says I’m “riding with” the latest update. However, I didn’t have Blue Cruise prior to now so maybe I didn’t get all the updates.
I took my truck in to the dealer to have Blue Cruise installed, after I was told they could do so. They installed it but it does not work AND lane centering will no longer engage. Dealer can’t seem to resolve but says they’re working on it with Ford techs. Has anyone run into this issue?? So...
