Hi there! Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I can look into the vibration you have been experiencing on my end.
I’m going to wait and see if it lessens before taking it back to the dealer. I just got it back less than a week ago after it being at a dealer for a month. It’s spent more time getting transmission work done than time I’ve owned it.

I drive a 2021 F150 Powerboost Hybrid Lariat 502a 4x4 with the adjustable pedals. I now have 4300 miles on the truck and the vibration in my gas pedal started at 4000 miles.

It feels like a rhythmic/rotational vibration when maintaining a constant speed; sometimes a faint audible sound comes with it. When decelerating, the vibration/sound slow with the speed of the truck and so when the truck is stopped. This brings me concern because I’ve never felt this before in a vehicle. This all happens intermittently, but has been occurring more often lately.

Went to the dealership on 2/24/22 in order to have the recall addressed with the insulators possibly rubbing the driveshaft and mentioned this vibration. They secured the underbody insulators and told me it should be fine now and the vibration never went away. Went back to the dealership on 3/1/22 for an oil change and tire rotation and once again mentioned the vibration. They said my tires weren’t balanced and rebalanced them for me and told me it was “good to go”. Vibration is still in the pedals. It’s very frustrating and wish I had a fix for the truck I’ve only had for 8 months. Makes me sadly want to go back to Jeep even though I love my truck.

I have a 2021 Limited Hybrid Powerboost, the vibration is not just through the pedal. At times my cell phone will come off magnetic holder. 1500 rpm in 9th or 10th gear, slight acceleration or gradual incline. Been to two dealers now, first one replaced driveshaft and U joints. Next one shimmed pinion. The vibration is magnified when pulling anything, even an empty trailer with only 50lbs tongue weight. If you kick it down and have it shift to 8th gear it goes away, today I manually shifted down to 8th and of course it went away. It's like back in the day when we were all driving standards and forgot to downshift. Sickening for the cost of this truck, 3 previous Lariat's none had this symptom and 2 of them had the 10 speed transmission. 30,000km on it now.

Another here that just picked up a 2022 xlt 2.7 eb last week. Noticed the vibration immediately and can feel it through the floor mat too. I came from a 2020 xlt 3.5 eb with nothing like this happening. At times it's so noticeable I feel like my foot starts to tingle.
Have locked it down to 7-9 gear and usually while causing maintaining speed. No issues past 75 on the highway. Who has luck thus far with a fix? It's a work truck so I am REALLY looking forward to constantly having to hassle with the dealer and my boss about it at the same time.

Ps. I don't feel it in cruise or when going downhill. Pretty much just maintaining speed 50-65 around 1300-2000 rpm. A little wobble in the steering too.

Has anyone ever had this issue resolved?

I just completed a 500 plus mile road trip this past weekend and if it weren’t for the cruise control, I would have lost the feeling in my foot from the vibration.

I drive two other vehicles regularly and it just highlights how ridiculous the felt vibration through the accelerator on the F-150 is!

Well heard back from the tech today. He says that he contacted ford about the issue, after test driving two other similar trucks that he said were worse than mine, and they told him its a known issue and engineering is working on it. It could be 2 weeks or 2 months - he has no way of knowing. Refused to even put vibration sensors on the vehicle or put it on a lift until they heard from ford, which is BS in my opinion. Definitely getting a hold of the ford rep with my case number and pitching a storm on this one. People dont spend 55 grand on a vehicle to be ignored and experience a crap driving experience. Fords losing some customers, quick.
