So my truck has been a the rail yard 40 min from the dealer for 1 week tomorrow, it was "pending pickup" for 2 days as a status and now has been showing "Active" status since Sunday afternoon. No Idea when they'll pick it up and drive it 40 min to the dealership.

Hoping to see it in the next few days.
Where is your dealership?

The strange thing is my window sticker was only updating the date on the bottom once a week on Sundays and has updated that way since it was built on 3/23. It's last normal update was Sunday 5/1 then it updated yesterday 5/3 and again today 5/4.
Yeah my window sticker updated on 5/5 and then today 5/6.. odd lol.

I’ve got the same thing mine has been updating every day this week.
Yea I think it’s just a bug because mine has refreshed daily and no changes have been made. But I can say I do love seeing the 5/2 build folks already getting their built emails

Well after multiple days of being told 5/20 was my delivery, I got the 5/14-5/20 is the estimated chip installation timeframe.

Thursday (5/8) I confirmed my truck was on a rail car at 1:09am. It is now Sunday and the train has made it less than halfway. No way I can get the truck end of this week even if it makes it to dealership by Wednesday (doubtful) as traveling out of country. I get back Friday of Memorial weekend (5/27) and leaving the Wednesday after, to drive to CA. That gives me one day to fly out, pick it up, drive home 600 miles and then drive 2300 miles (in a Ford Focus, ugh) starting the next day. It never ends.

Missed my May 7 chip install window, again. Indeed April and May blends are getting built and some seem to be arriving.

I’m contemplating reordering seeing how I’d likely get the truck faster. Sucks ass to order a truck in November and likely not have it by summer. Ford is a pathetic brand.

One of the guys who ordered a while after me from the same dealer, just had his blend date last week and it’s already on the train here. And my new chip eta now isn’t until 5/20, which I know will get bumped again since once your on chip hold you are brushed aside

Came to the conclusion that most of us are original 2022 price lock and Ford said fuck us let's build and ship the trucks with the 10% price increase 1st

I mean once you are placed in a lot on chip hold you become one of Ford’s Forgotten Chip Children. If you don’t make the line you are no longer important

I am still here lurking. I just have not had anything to post in a long time, since the status of my truck has not changed. It has been about 6 weeks since Ford sent me the "Your vehicle has been built & is awaiting shipment" email. The truck has supposedly not ever been on hold for any reason, just awaiting shipping. It sure is frustrating! What has to happen for Ford to delay shipping for this long after a vehicle has been built? Does anybody know?

I'm not sure, it took mine a month to ship and I never had a hold. Ford's logistics department needs a major overhaul.

The worst part in my mind is that I am seeing trucks built on the same line DRB MI built on the same day or after sitting on dealers lots. With the same features I ordered. It is like they are prioritizing shipping for lot stock, But that doesn't make sense to me. you will get paid when mine arrives and that other one might never sell. I can say it is likely the last time I do this. This system is all kinds of jacked up.

According to a buddy that at Ford is management for truck builds, every truck built has a customer name (with ID) attached. Those trucks are where customers changed their mind. I ordered from one dealer, joined this group and found out about those selling at a discount and reordered.
