Just dropped the truck off! They will work on it first thing tomorrow morning. Hope all goes well! I will update once I get my truck back. @TN Rotty, you can update the spreadsheet table with my latest information.
Sounds like your dealer is much better than mine. I dropped mine off on Tuesday, after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment, and had to call today for an update. I was told that they were not even going to touch my truck until next Friday at the earliest and he was doubtful at that. What is the point of an appointment if they had no plans to even look at it for another 2 weeks!!!
When I did drop it off he showed me another truck with the same problem that had been there for 6 weeks already. The part had over 300 people on the back order list with no stock and no ETA.
Super frustrated, disappointed that my brand new $80,000 truck was broken when I drove it off the lot and now I have no vehicle for who knows how long <rentals are not available until July> yet my insurance and car payments still are due.
