"Microchip at plant on hold" ain't that some shit. Blend and production 3/25/22 DB plant
4/13-4/19 ETA unsure if that's delivery or released from hold

I specifically asked the guy on chat yesterday if 4/30 was completion date or delivery to dealer date. He said delivery. Also said there were no holds. 24 hours later, 4/30 is completion date and its on a chip hold.

It all fairness it is kind of difficult to read. It says in production, then produced, then eta dates and at the very end it says plant hold

I found out this morning I’m on chip hold as well and was given 4/27-5/3 as the completion date

Yeah, but it shouldnt be difficult for someone to decipher the info and relay it to the customer…when that person is getting paid to do just that, lol.

Yes I do recall. Hoping that April 8 is the date. I am going to try chat and see if they have anything to add. IT already went to get spay in bedliner, so at least that is done.

I am showing 4/17-4/23 delivery. Hope that is worst case.

How do you know that the bed liner work is done? I just got back from the dealer and he could only see that it had been sent off site (3/21). Off course, he knew absolutely nothing as to why or for how long it was to be off site.

Fucking awesome. Yesterday it was “no chip holds or delays and 4/30 delivery to dealer.

At least Mary is able to provide info. I chatted last night and received nothing new. I then called marketing and received nothing new. I went to the dealer and received nothing new (off site since 3/21). Most current info is from 3/21 (8 days ago). Ford, do BETTER, please.

Deductive reasoning. It was produced on 23rd, later on 23rd it was sent to body shop and then returned on 24th. I then confirmed with friend that is what the annotations signify.
