Now that you show up on Cassens, have you been able to get a copy of your window sticker either from your dealer or online?

Does your truck show up on Jack Cooper also?

Also interesting how some receive email updates from Ford and others, me included, have never received one email through the whole process.

You'd think Ford would have better automated consistency with their email notification system.
Coming up on 22 hours since my FordPass went Active and no modules yet. Wonder if I have to wait until Monday?

No window sticker, the whole ford system is down for 22s.

Nothing on Jack Cooper, they don’t ship to my dealer. Cassens is the only delivery service. It will permanently say pending on palsapp for my vin.

I’ve heard Canadian orders will never get emails, even if entered into the system correctly. You could try checking with your dealer and seeing if the email address in the ordering system is correct.

Why is that? Is ford dealing with a cyber attack or something? So no tracking and no 2022 f150 build site

Three links to shipping companies below. Pals has only ever shown "Pending" for me, but the truck moved from Dearborn to MD earlier this week. It's possible there is another shipping company that is moving my truck, or one of the three below does not have my info entered correctly.

Note that on Cassens you do not appear to need the dealer # (though you can look it up), You can search on that page by VIN only. My dealer number (or a couple of the dealer's locations) does not show any deliveries this past year. I would then assume that Cassens does not deliver to Koons.

Yeah I don’t know how mines getting to Ontario. All the trucks on my dealer lot just show the last leg of the trip in Cassens.

Thanks for the link to United. I searched my VIN and it shows a load number and my delivery dealer. It does not show any dates however.

Cassens does not find my VIN.

Jack Cooper palsapp finds VIN but shows pending.

I am assuming United is delivery service from rail to my dealer. I had no idea!

Ditto. It seems like every f-150 out of Dearborn hits palsapp but may never progress from “pending”.

FordPass does have an "activate" option under the vehicle, but no is information available when you pull it up. Also, still nothing avilable on the trackers.

Just refreshed the modules page, and boom! A ton of BCE's just came up. Took about 30 hours after the FordPass Activate button showed up. I guess they do work on weekends. ?

Added @Buhorn ETA and my shipment date. In an attempt to try to organize, I've split the table based on progress through Delivery ETA and Shipped. I'll do the same for Delivered once that starts to happen.

Any additional changes let me know and I’ll post tomorrow.

Mine just showed up on FordPass. Clicking the Activation button gives an error about the action currently being unavailable though. No emails or communication from Ford though.

Incidentally the truck I ordered before this one (first ordered in Oct, Granger order in Nov) and then cancelled to switch to Granger also got built this week on the 3rd. Same spec except no adaptive steering. And I’m getting emails from Ford about that one including shipping updates. That truck is expected to be delivered to the dealership in CA between Jan 23 and 29.

I just got modules for the first time. Ford pass did not give me an error this time and went to pending.
