My 21 has seemingly disappeared. Jack Cooper shows delivered to granger. Granger says they don’t have it. The other dealer that received trucks on the convoy load also says they don’t have the truck.
That's my main concern too is my PCO cash expires on 1/3/22 but the fine print does say order OR place order before 1/3/22 so it should be good. I asked the dealer and they said we will figure out a way to make it work. I asked Ford Marketing and the lady said that it is 100% up to the dealer on whether they want to honor it past the expiration date or not. I hope that i'll find out whether they will honor it or not next week!? Palsapp still shows no movement on my truck and the ETA end date is supposed to be Monday 1/3/22.
Below is some more detailed information from www.palsapp.com on your VIN. The bayed date number converts to 1:30 PM Central Standard Time today December 31st which if i remember correctly means that is has been parked and released for shipment. The vehicle status of "Picked" i think means it has been picked for shipment but hasn't been paired with a specific truck yet. Paired would be the next status change then dispatched and delivered. Hope this information indicates that it will be shipped your way pretty soon.

I wouldn't think that a conversion offer would expire due to delayed delivery but who knows these days. I think i remember someone saying the conversion offer is tied to a VIN and a regular PCO offer is tied to your name and address. I don't know if it's because i trade so often and have had several Ford trucks but i've gotten like 4 PCO offers in the mail over the past 3 years or so. I've used all of them except for 1 and i told the Ford Marketing lady for what it's worth that the PCO offers i have received are the only reason i'm still drive a Ford truck. I've got two of them this year...i used one back in April when i bought my 2021 that i have now and i'm planning to use this other one when my ordered truck comes in.

How do you get this kind of detail?
I use Mozilla Firefox browser. Go to the webpage and once it loads press F12 this will bring up the web developer tool. Then enter the VIN and search. Once the banner loads with your info select I believe the network tab in the developer tool and then to the right another panel will pop up and select the response tab and you should see this information listed. I don’t have the the link to the converter but the dates have to be converted using an epoch conversion tool to figure out what they are. Hope this helps!
