same here.... No update for some time, still says pending.... it has read the same for weeks.... plus others are being delivered with no change on the palsapp....

I've been running the 2021's currently on my dealer's lot against Palsapp and they're all coming back Null/Pending with ASN status. It's almost like Palsapp just pulls in all VINs being produced whether they ship it or not? Kind of strange.

Basically.

It's the largest shipper Ford uses, seems to pull all VIN's, but not every truck ends up actually being shipped with them at any point in it's journey.

Do you know how long the shipping took - from the time it left the plant to get to the dealer?

Left Dearborn 12/18 on a train. Delivered to Ford via RR in Kansas City last night (12/23). Waiting on a truck. Dealer said eta Jan 2-8.

I clicked on the "Activate" button in my FordPass app, now it shows "Activation Pending". The prompt says "Just start your vehicle and accept the activation confirmation on the in-vehicle touch screen to unlock all of its FordPass features".

Still no ETA from the dealer tho... it's probably going to be another month before the delivery

Merry Christmas Everyone!

For those without information, call your dealer and ask for a copy of the Vehicle Visibility report. It's a report with information about the truck you ordered, and they can provide it to you. Other dealers on here have provided it to their customers including Granger, Koons, and Chapman.

If the Ford tracker was not down, you could find you current status on the Ford site, since it is down, this is your only sure way of getting info on your build. For me this is important to plan my trip to pick up the truck. (I've got a limited time window for one of my travel routes.)

So obviously trucks won’t ship from plants that are closed for holidays-do we know days off for DB and KC? Still trying to figure out if my truck left the plant after it’s 12/16 build. Supposed to be delivered to dealership this week.

Edit: DPT shut down week of 12/27 and KC is down week of 12/27 and 1/3

My truck was built the week of December 13th as well. It just arrived at the dealer yesterday (12/26) and I got a call today that it will be ready later today. Being a rainy day and needing to strip my stuff off my 2015, I'll likely be unable to get it until tomorrow.

My dealer just told me that my truck is at the plant today, so it wasn't built on 12/23. Here's hoping it actually gets done today and not pushed for the fourth time.

So obviously trucks won’t ship from plants that are closed for holidays-do we know days off for DB and KC? Still trying to figure out if my truck left the plant after it’s 12/16 build. Supposed to be delivered to dealership this week.

Call Ford marketing at: 800-334-4375

Give them the last 8 digits of your vin, they will check status. They can give you an estimated delivery date, and if it's built/in transit/etc. Be sure to ask which it is if they just give you an estimated date.

But then I did the Palsapp API approach from @effjoeb_iden and it looks like my truck arrived at the local railyard on 12/23, was paired today (matched/assigned with a delivery truck). My dealership is averaging 1.75 days from paired - delivered, so let's hope

I gave them a call, all she could tell me was the status "awaiting shipment" and referred me to my salesman for further information. Palsapp showing null for the bay dates etc. The built email from Ford showed an ETA of 12/23-12/29. Haven't bothered my salesman yet, I know he's tired of me.
