Been 2.5 weeks for me and then it got pushed back another week.

I feel you.

that’s rough. My salesman is calling the rail service tomorrow to figure out what the delay is….I’m sure he is tired of me checking in.

that’s rough. My salesman is calling the rail service tomorrow to figure out what the delay is….I’m sure he is tired of me checking in.

I finished my paperwork on Saturday. Truck is still at the railyard, but confidence level is high that it will be delivered this week.

My truck has been sitting at the rail station 20 miles away from the dealership for about 5 days. I’m hoping the delay is due to the holiday weekend and nothing big. Hoping for a delivery this week.

Same here. Mine was unloaded and released in Kent last Wednesday at 4:30pm. I haven’t heard a word since then. When I texted my sales agent in Sumner yesterday, he said that they don’t get advance notice before it arrives on their lot. Sure hope that rail yard has top notch security…

Let's hope! I follow the United Road deliveries every day but my VIN hasn't showed yet. It's been a couple of weeks or more in the rail yard 20 miles from the dealership.

I sent the email to Steven, Tom, Ashlie, and Courtney at 4:45pm Friday after I landed, so I'm sure they'll get back to me Monday since it was a holiday weekend. If I don't hear by Noon, I'll ping them again.

I would call tomorrow. I got their delivery email Friday and responded with a few questions and then they called me Saturday afternoon asking if I received their follow up email (which I didn't).

Just heard from my sales agent. My truck which has been sitting at the rail yard since last Wednesday was just delivered to the dealership.

Unfortunately, they sold a bunch of vehicles over Black Friday weekend so it’s going to be a few days before it’s processed, detailed and ready to pick up.

You can do it all online. Very straight forward process and Wesley in finance took his time to answer all my questions. Very smooth process for me. After that was done you'll get a call from the add-on dept., if you're interested.
