Do yalls windshield wiper touch the cowl just a bit? I tried to adjust it but one adjustment above that level the wiper will it hit the A-pillar when put in a fast wipe?

Guessing this normal setup , plus one of the metal factory shims fell out of the wiper and upon checking online that is is normal and is only used at factory to make sure they sit even to start.

My right wiper "passenger side" sits exactly as yours does in the park position. The left wiper sits about a 1/2" from the cowel when parked. Your left appears to be a little lower when parked.

Does your 2022 have the wiper arm recall on it? If so your dealership will replace the arms at no cost.

Each wiper arm is installed at the factory with a small alignment key, these keys fall out all of the time and are usually found in the cowel when your washing the truck. They do not need to be re-installed, and are not needed to drive the wiper arm. There simply there to speed the alignment process at the factory during assembly. The is an extensive thread here on the forum regarding this.

Thanks for the response I have seen the information regarding the small key and yea I found one or both I can’t remember but I did have those fall out. My 2022 does have the wiper recall I have not done it yet. So I wonder if that will fix the issue.

Yea and if I adjust my drivers side up from
the cowl it becomes to high because when I put it into a faster wiping speed it will touch the a pillar.

Looking at the picture you posted, I think the left wiper arm has a little more "bend" to it than mine. I wonder if a new arm might be angled just slightly different and would then possibly correct the over shoot problem as well as it hitting the cowel when parked? Don't know ? guess all you can do is to try a new arm. Lol, it won't cost anything!

Yea for sure I guess I’ll know for sure once I get the recall done then go from there. For now it seems better lower slightly touch the cowl then higher and it hits the a pillar in fast motion. Thanks for the help.

My driver's side wiper actually sits higher than I would like, basically the opposite of yours, I've already had the recall so I'm guessing it's the technician who put it on wrong. I want to take it back, but I also don't want to be petty, but I like it when it sets correctly. I haven't tried to do it myself yet.

I'm pretty sure yours needs a recall, you might start with that and tell them to fix it, their parts might not be in at this point though, I think my dad's has been waiting for six or eight months for his. They already did mine, that's why one of those are out of adjustments.

It make sense if something is sitting right with alignment because of recall too
