I'm wondering what everyone is using to help with the white spotting discoloration of the windshield wiper blades?

Black dull spray paint always worked for me.

Finishing polish and a microfiber. Discoloration is oxidation and spots are water spots. Be very gentle. Don’t do it too often or you will end up polishing through the paint.
