Where does this mat go

While installing my Ham radio, I found this undeeeeer the passenger's seat.
I bought this truck used, 2022 Crew Cab STX 4x4.

It has clearly been cut, so only partial markings.

Center console by the cup holders? My truck has the console shifter, so not positive.. but my super duty had that in the console.

Looks familiar and I agree possibly for center floor console. Or the insert on top of dash above radio.

What confuses me is why anyone would cut it.

I think it’s the on that goes in the center of the dash on top. Did the seat rails cut it?
