2021 F-150 Lariat 2.5” leveling kit
Hey all. First time posting on a truck forum. I have a 2021 f150 lariat with the 3.5 eco boost. So far I love the truck. Just recently switched from a f250. I put a 2.5” leveling kit on it and bought some 33x12.50 for the stock wheels. Had them put on last Saturday and found they were rubbing ny upper control arm pretty bad when my wheels were still straight. I bought some 1.5” hubcentric spacers and was planning on having my new tires re mounted today. Any way to tell if this will forsure fix my problem? Stock 18” f150 wheels. I believe they are 8.5” wide. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You should have measured before buying the new tires. Spacer may reduce tire rubbing but they also put more stress on the spindles from the wheels and increases the chance of one breaking and flipping the vehicle.

You shoukd not exceed a 1/2 inch negative offset for any rim. When I did lifts and put different wheels I would mount 1 tire on the rim and place on each axle. I would check turning and suspension compression. If anything got close I downsized. The tire shops would usually do this for me at a low or no cost as long as I bought tires there.

Thanks for the input. I’m guessing with the 1.5” spacers I’m exceeding that negative 1/2 offset? I believe my stick wheels are a +44 offset unless I read something wrong

It reduces excessive bearing wear.
