1/4” Wheel Spacers

Has anyone used 1/4” wheel spacers and had a problem? Or know someone first hand who has used them and had a problem?

I’ve used thinker spacers n the past the use additional lugs bolts with no problems and I have used 6mm on my Porsche with original lug bolts.

I doubt I will have any issues but wanted to ask first because I can not find hub centric that thin.

I have 1/4” spacers on the front of my truck. Been on for ~2 years without issue
Hub centric
Factory style/length lug nuts.

Rear is wider than the front. I used the spacers to help hide that fact.

When i clicked on my purchase, from my ebay account, it said they were out of stock.

As long as you run hub centric (as mentioned by others) you will be fine. That and of course get a quality set of spacers. The cheap sets are not always ideal. Many brands out there will corrode out quickly and some can just flat out break when under pressure over time. We ran 1/4" spacers on our SEMA truck because the tires we had on at the time were very thick treads and we were rubbing the Billet control arms at full crank. Small spacer fixed it right up. And were successfully off roaded in them and drove over 2k miles over a few days with them and never had an issue. Image below for reference with the spacers on.

As much as we really appreciate the support to give us some business, we actually do not offer wheel spacers of this size on our product line. This is only because there are zero margins for us as a dealer on small wheel spacers like this like what you are needing.

In this case, It actually costs us money to sell them most of the time lol It would honestly be cheaper for you to order yourself then what we would have to charge just to break even and we would never do that to anyone. So we cant help you on that! But we can tell you we have tested the RC spacers (in that photo) and they worked just fine. The finish isn't the best, but they were safe and held up for us when using them.
