I'm a new F-150 owner (as of this past Wednesday). Got a '22 XLT Powerboost Hybrid with SAP. Fortunately only had to wait just under 3 months.

Looking for recommendations on best cleaning rags after washing and also preferred soaps to use. I do have a powerwasher, so thinking of getting the spray cannons.

Look forward to your recommendations.

I think most people have their Go To for washing/cleaning products and techniques. Personally I use Exoforma graphene products for the washing and coating. I typically use either a microfiber hand mit or a soft brush for the actual scrubbing and then towel dry with the Exoforma large microfiber drying towels or the Meguiars waffle towels. Every few months I'll do a light graphene spray coating just to keep up with hard graphene base coating I have on the truck. It gives off a very nice shine and the water beads right off in the rain. Bugs will stick on the front end but easily wipe right off.

Everyone has there favorites, but here is my two cents. With my new F-150 I wanted to start off strong and gave it a really good prep, (wash, clay bar, wash, gentle hi-speed buff, wash & ceramic coating) after turning my brain to mush from literally reading hundreds of reviews and opinions I went with GTechniq products and I have been very happy with how they are holding up (applied them in October 2021), nothing sticks to the truck, bugs, dirt even the car wash soap just slides right off as I'm trying to wash it. I do use their rejuvenator spray C2 every other month or so to boost it up. The most important thing is a good surface prep... Everything else you need is just good basic stuff that doesn't need to be expensive, Microfiber towels, basic carwash soap, Chamois towel.
Whatever product you decide on do yourself a favor and shop around, some places have much better pricing, a good resource is Autogeek, they give reward points and generally have really good pricing

Just got a chemical brothers drying towel, haven't used it yet but only bad reviews state it needs to be washed once to remove the tiny fibers that get left over. After that reviews state its amazing at drying.
