Weird noise when driving

I noticed this weird noise the first time I drove the truck and it had about 100 miles on it. Im now at 5800. It sounds like a rusty spring that’s moving a load up and down. At first I thought it was the suspension. However there aren’t any physical indications that the suspension is traveling up and down like that because it happens on a smooth road/ride. I’ve heard it in multiple occasions but consistently when im driving up a steeper incline. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It doesn’t always happen so I don’t imagine a dealer would figure it out.
