Anyone know what this noise is?

A couple things I've noticed on my 22 Tremor with only 350 miles on it. 1. There is slight feedback, slight vibration in the peddle. 2. The thing sounds like it is whining during start up and driving without the radio on. Is this normal?

It’s loud , it’s Annoying and it’s embarrassing. Good news for us is that it’s completely normal. They all sound like this. To me this is the transmission/pump some sort. I’m no expert though

Took it into service this morning. Had service manager of 38 years supposedly drive it with me and he acknowledged the feedback through the floor, and said he attributes it to the General Grabbers, not a driveline issue. Honestly it's so minimal and I only notice it so often depending on pavement type. Additionally the whining sound disappeared over night. Fired it up this morning and nothing. Maybe I'm just going crazy.

We all get there sooner or later.
My wife says I reached it about 10 yrs ago.
This belief allows me to get away with a lot of crap

This noise is more prominent when I'm parked next to a wall or on cold mornings. I have an '21 EB.
