Well shifted the interior back to stock on the work truck so I can convert the new one and getting 3 faults after doing so and I’ve done this many times with no faults so curious what happened.
Im getting my airbag light and brake light plus I’m getting brake system fault warning, low battery voltage warning as well.
the battery is fine as I put a charger on it and it says full after like 5 min so I unhooked the battery and reconnected and the brake light and charge warnings went away but came back.
no codes on the reader to reset so I’m wondering what in common the warnings have. I did disconnect and reconnect the steering wheel air bag so wondering if it didnt get a good connection when I plugged them back in.
Is there another way to reset the system other than the battery disconnect?

I take it you've still got the OEM battery. If so that 5 minute charge isn't actually enough. Based on my experience, I'd go out and buy an off the shelf, drop in, catalog battery for your truck. However, you could try something. When I get a new battery, I put in a low rate, long time "wetting down" charge. What this does is ensure all of the active material is in fact activated. When my OEM battery gave me funny readings (I was on the road for Thanksgiving family stuff), I stopped in to the nearest NAPA store and got one of those. On arriving home I put it on that long term, low rate charge and it went for 10 hours before hitting completion. Dealers and stores don't do these because they just take time. BTW I had that OEM Battery tested by my dealer and it was "OK." Try that low rate charge on your OEM battery and see. My take? Just go get a Non-Ford battery, put it in and do the "wetting down" type charge.
