Web Browser for 12" Headunit?

Just curious if anyone has been able to install a web browser on the 12" unit, or if there is a mobile app that would use cellphone wireless or Wifi to access the web on the headunit?

One thing I do really like about our Tesla, is full internet access on the screen so I was hoping there was a solution for this in the F150
