UWS Box Adjust?

See attached photo. I tried playing with the striker assembly and it doesn't seem to make a difference. How can I adjust this box lid so that it sits flat? It has the cam lock style handles.

Mine has a different style of locking mechanism and I spent hours trying to get it to latch from only one side and the lid sitting level. I gave up trying for both and settled for closing from only one side. I would need to lower the hinges to make the top level. Weather stripping along the back side is the cause of the lid not being level.
