Update didn't happen can someone check why? (Updated)

Hey guys, I got a pop-up that I was gonna get an update so I immediately ran my trickle since historically my SOC has been a tad low.
330 came and went with no update. @rugedraw is out of commish for a bit, so is there anyone else that can check why I failed and what my SOC was at 330pm PST, Sept, 16th please?

Whoops forgot to add my VIN... derr... @rugedraw was able to look and see what was up. SoC still low even though I trickle charged it for 9hrs.... Will try again tmrw.

Try putting your truck on a charger and set it for 10 amps. Start the update afain

put your truck on a charger and set it for 10amps and then do the update. If that doesn’t work , bring it to tge dealer

I second the charger, just make sure it is compatible with charging AGM batteries. I used a Battery Tender 2.5 amp charger/maintainer and it took less than 5 hrs to get a full charge. Be sure to attach the ground before the BMS plug (use a body ground point) so the BMS system can see it charging.

You guys must not have seen, I had it on my trickle charger for about 9hrs, apparently not long enough... Strange thing is I never have any probs with my truck or battery... so its not THAT low....
