Update details blank

So I just had my APIM replaced in my 21 due to never receiving OTA updates. Was told that I have an update by posting my vin but the update details are blank. Anyone have this issue? If so how did you resolve?

It will be blank until something is pending install or has been installed. It will eventually go blank again after several weeks of no further updates.

Isn’t is supposed to say “ your system is up to date” and not be blank? It was doing that for me and now apparently that i have a OTA pending it does nothing when it checks for updates. I was told it should start the install since it’s been downloaded and pending when I start the truck, but does nothing.

The update still shows in your OTA dashboard as downloaded and ready to install, but it does try to install for some reason. Very strange, indeed.

So looks like it finally took at the expiration date of dec 11. Anything else showing in the queue for my vin?

Nothing yet. The OTA expired yesterday. It can take a bit before it is resent. There is no specific time frame as to when that will happen. Very strange and atypical they way this OTA failed for you.

So it wasn’t 2.1.0? It was something different?

Oh wait....my bad. I see what you're saying. PTS shows it failed, but it would not be the first time PTS is inaccurate. I can check later on when I get home. FDRS will tell me what the current strategy of your GWM is. If FDRS shows that the software in location F188 below changed to ML3T-14H021-EKA, then it went through. Remind me at 7pm eastern when I'm home. I know myself and I will most likely forget.
