What's the conventional wisdom for unplugging the driver's door wiring harness from the truck side? Looks rather uninviting to reach up inside the truck behind / above the IPMA. Anyone done it? Considering swapping vs cutting the parts in this other harness I have and transferring over what I can. If it's easy to disconnect, swapping the harness should be a 10 minute job. It's the unplugging of the connectors that seems to be the challenge.

Were you ever able to figure it out? I have the pdf version of the service manual. In the manual when it's having you remove the door from the truck it shows you an illustration to remove the connector. It doesn't give any instructions on how to do it.

Yeah, figured it out after I cut the harness apart and scavenged the parts I wanted.

Ha. Ok. I noticed on the new harnesses that there are tabs on the top and bottom as you press those down you can slowly wiggle it out. I found it a lot harder to get the individual connectors out.
