Underbody rust

So got my 2021 Lariat 4x4 in January and currently have 2400 miles. Heard a whistle at the tire and had a nail. I goto plug and look and see the rust. I have read here about the rust on the axles and underbody but this is on the frame also. Sorry for the night pics. Suggestions on how to handle it?

That Olive green color is the Zinc Chromate that protects the aluminum body and bed from oxidizing.

Maybe its the flash from the night photo (or my old eyes) but I don't see that this is rust. The Transfer Case and axel definitely have the surface rust that you referenced but is the beige(?) color on the frame rust or is it perhaps the primer color?

At about the 2.000 mile mark, I addressed the surface rust on the transfer case and axels (using the Rustoleum products I learned about on this Forum). While there, I scanned the rest of the undercarriage as well. I found no other rust save for a few small spots on the edge of the leaf springs (where a rock had apparently chipped the paint). I did notice that the paint color used on much of the undercarriage was a beige-gold color (see corrugated metal just below the right axel.) Hopefully that's all you are seeing as well.
