If you have the under seat storage compartment that is where the locks are installed to release or lock the seat back in place.

Yes I have under-seat storage... But shouldn't there be a locking cylinder in that hole?

Yes, takes the straight key to unlock I believe.

This Key opens them or the Fob key will also unlock them.
