This has been happening recently everytime i shut off my truck and it’s f*cking annoying that a $60K+ is behaving like this.
Keep an eye on the turn signal indicators within the cluster screen and you folks will see what i’m talking about.
I took two videos of this matter for good measure. TIA!

Hummm....have you made any Forscan changes? or added any accessories to the truck?

Seems like either, something is effecting the ignition (switch/relay) or you may have a bad ground somewhere....

Another thing to check, would be have someone run your VIN and see if you modules with pending updates, might just need an update.

One other thing you could try to rule out any software misalignments/bugs whatever you want to call them. is to do a battery disconnect, get the system to completely shutdown, and see if it returns afterwards..

Is this only when you turn off the truck, not during startup too?

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your F-150 concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

Have you tried to use zone lighting recently? I had this happen twice now and both times I used zone lighting right before. To fix it I turned the truck on, activated all zones in zone lighting, turned off all the zones and then switched zone lighting off. Then turned the truck off and it no longer happened.

This is a great solution to the problem and amazing you found it here. You should edit the subject line of this thread to be a description of the problem. Then if someone does a search in the future for this issue they will find this thread and the way to fix it. Glad it worked for you!

is there a way i could block certain users on this platform?
click on their profile and select ignore. Doesn't exactly block them but it does hide the post.

I watched both videos when the thread was created and wasn't sure what the problem was. ???

I kept asking myself what am I seeing that would be so annoying?

Obviously others must have noticed immediately! In fact, they even had a solution!

That would have made all the difference for me when I first viewed the videos. (Although admittedly, I would have thought to myself "then don't look at the instrument cluster")

I'm AMAZED someone figured out the tie between zone lighting and that flash. This forum is amazing.
