Magnafow muffler installed. 24" oval. 3" center inlet, 3" dual outlet. OEM was 30"+. Glad I went with the 24", I think the 20" would have been a little too loud for my taste. Muffler was $170, Install was $100, $270 out the door.

Sound is noticeable but mild, zero drone, hair louder than a stock Raptor imo. Surprise result, induction and turbo noises are much more noticeable with the windows down.

Not having any luck uploading a video off my phone, will try this evening on my laptop.

Decided to go to the track this afternoon instead of being a videographer

460lbs in the bed and she barely squatted at all. All I have is a quick cold start video currently. I'll get a few clips together over the holiday and put them on YouTube.

Originally ordered a black 401a in June, rolled to MY22 in October, finally had got a VIN and build week of 12/6.

Then last week found a fully loaded lead foot 402a in transit about 90 miles away, got an insane offer on my current ‘21 101a STX $2800 more than I paid for it new in March and 10,000 miles later….

and got x-plan and a $3,000 PCO on the new one, so couldn’t resist going up to the 402… which I totally am glad I did now after a few days of driving. These things are awesome, especially coming from the XL.

so far just installed my pro X-15 tonneau cover, husky mats, and stubby antenna. Will tint front and have husky wheel well liners on the way.

Yes. My driveway is on an incline so that might be why it looks more leveled off.

You too! That DTE calculation is based upon obviously how much fuel is in the tank and your current average mpg. So typically when you pick your truck up the mpg average is so low because the truck has barely driven and just idles In the dealership parking lot. I had to drive 450 miles all highway home so as my mpg average crept up and I filled my tank right before I got home, which is what you see in that picture, that distance to empty is a lot higher. Ford advertises an average 18 mpg for this truck, so in theory you should see 648 miles till empty based on 18mpg with the 36 gallon tank that comes in the 402a package

I’ve had 4 Fill ups already, I also reset the average mpgs as well as the trip, I filled up when I had 4 miles to empty the first time, then after that I had somewhere in the 20’s before empty, and I am still not getting what is supposed to be, I’m getting average 16.5 mpgs and when I fill up I only get 484 miles to empty and according to my calculations in supposed to be somewhere around 590 close to 600 but I still haven’t had any luck getting anywhere around their, I went to ford service department and they told me to drop it off and that they will be taking off the gas tank and check the serial number and that if the tank is the correct one, that they will be reprogramming the As Built for the cluster to see if that helps, we will see what happens, I will drop it off after the thanksgiving holiday.

Keep us posted, I'm at 2,000 miles now, 4 tanks as well, and have yet to break 17mpg on a tank. I'm darn near 50/50 city/highway, in eco mode 100% of the time, and being very gentle with the skinny pedal. I didn't buy the truck for MPGs obviously, but curious if 16.5-17 mpg is the real world average.

I think most people didnt understand what they were getting with a 3.73 rear end. More torque transfered to the wheels and more fuel consumption. My last truck with a 3.73 rear end got 10 mpg down hill with the wind behind it... that was also a 91 2500 silverado... but im also estatic to get 16+ mpg with a differential that large.

Here is a recent trip mileage on a 21 Lariat supercrew

powerboost 4x4 FX4 with 3.5 ecoboost and 3.73 gears locking diff. This was from Redmond, Oregon high desert heading west over pass level of Mt Hood and home to Portland that is just above sea level. I have left it stock so far but it has every option so close to 6000# weight. Speed was 65-70 when possible and then in traffic averaging 50 and below. The tires are the 33" Hancook non aggressive tread on the 20" charcoal sport wheels. Stock suspension. Raising the truck and adding heavy traction tires kills mileage. The Tremor has the offroad Raptor style skid plate without the mechanical airdam that extends at freeway speed. I have 2000 miles on truck and averaging 20 mpg every tank. If truck could have air suspension to adjust height for freeway vs offroading and an easily removable or folding air dam for offroading, could have a truck that delivers both mileage and offroad capability. I am going to add the dark orange grille stripe, fender vent orange highlight, and Deberti machined thick tow hooks sprayed same orange. I also have the 4mm thick rear tailgate letters custom colored to match the orange on order so my black appearance group (no chrome) will look alot like a Tremor but will be a powerboost with 7.2kw generator capability. The Lariat grille has the same trim line through center as Tremor. I know......I'm a Tremor poser wannabe. lol
