We need the sticker if we have more than one trailer (which truck supports) OR we want a simpler more elegant solution than extra components and wiring all zip tied to our hitch.
I cannot think of any? I had twice where my cord was partly resting on my sticker and it couldn't find it but I don't anymore as I just route it on the other side of the tongue jack. The sticker even works at night, it is reflective and very visible using the tailgate LED.
Will i sent an extensive email explaining the problem with the sync 4 and trailer backing stickers not working ON MY 2021 F-150. She promised me a call on tuesday of last week. when she called she asked what problem i was having with MY 2017 F-250????? I asked her if she even read my email. Then I asked her if she was familiar with the pro backing system..."she said what is that"....I about lost it on the phone. She promised to get back with me two days later after she would do some research . She called yesterday and asked me if had gotten my stickers working and she would be glad to help me on inputting my measurements for the stickers to work!!!! ...This time I did lose it. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB. I wish more on this forum would help do something making Ford at lease acknowledge that they have a problem with the sync 4 system. I understand they appear to be working on the problem but i cant even find anyone at ford that understands the problem. I will keep trying. After filing the BBB complaint I was told that someone from corporate might give me a call. I will fill their ears !!!! Once again i am shaking all in the igroup to complain about the sticker problem. if enough do Ford will do something.
