Trailer camera receiver power options

Just realized I assumed the original poster's camera uses USB for power but it probably uses 12V directly with a wire. Now I see this is even worse than I thought.

Thanks for all the information. It is odd that there are no 12vdc ports on some models, but are on others. Maybe it is due to the higher wattage front outlet requiring the breaker.

It looks like I will be investigating hardwired solutions.

Sorry man, I feel your pain. I don't like wires all over either. You can probably find 12V under the usb and wireless charge pad but still have to route it up to the dash I guess.

Have you guys tested whether the ports inside the console act as data ports for sync? I would love if those were fast charge only, but I think even those were data ports in my 2017. I The old ones were basic 500mA charge only,which means useless.
