Touchscreen shuts down every once in a while.

Hey all, I searched and didn't find anything.

2021 502A still under full warranty.

This happens every other day to me, I'll be driving along, and my audio system cuts out. EVERYTHING, screen and all. It's like someone hit the off button, or it reboots itself, and comes back on.

I took it to multiple dealers and they won't do anything because they can't "replicate it"

I have a dozen videos of it on my phone and showed them, and sent it to them, but it they still won't address it.

If you can find someone nearby with a mongoose cable proficient in doing software updates it might pay to have them check your truck for available software updates and let them do the install. Could be a failing APIM but could just as likely be something software updates will fix for you.

I had the same problem a year ago and finally they had to end up doing upgrades to the software . My truck wasn't for whatever reason. It fixed the problem but now a similar issue is back. I took pictures of the screen when it crapped out and sent them to the dealership. Whatever you do make sure that it is all documented well in the dealers system before the warranty is off. There are some very helpful and smart people on here that could probably help. Hope you get it fixed up/
