Tinted my tailgate letters today.

I like the decals but I feel the contrast between the bright decals and the paint was too much.
I bought some VHT tail light tint spray and some clear.
The letters still reflect well. Waiting for night to get a real time view.

It’s a little lighter in person. Didn’t want them to come out too dark.

Nice mod! I went with a "vintage distressed" flag color on my gray truck so it'a not as bright as your original one was. But I like the smoked effect on yours alot.
