Awhile back I bought my buddy a throttle body spacer for his 5.0 for his birthday. Turns out he did a gt350 intake manifold swap with the throttle body so it wouldn't work for him. So I tried it out on my stock 2022 F-150 5.0, seems like ford upgraded our throttle bodies to 87 mm from the stock 80mm. I personally don't think it would add anything as far as power. But I love tinkering just like any other enthusiast. Also I would recommend the oil catch can that's what my throttle body looked like after 15k miles in 4 months since I bought the truck, did empty out quite a bit of oil from the catch can in that time too! But short answer anyone thinking of upgrading the throttle body think again, anyone wanting to run a spacer from the previous gen also don't recommend it unless you can widen it out.
