I removed my tailgate in order to load a heavy woodstove the other day. Mechanically the tailgate lifts off just like my 2004 F150 tailgate, very easy, but the real challenge is to disconnect 4 wiring connectors without breaking them! Has anyone found an easier way to handle the wiring disconnects in order to remove the tailgate? In the past I've removed my tailgate when unloading mulch to more easily access the bed but not sure I'll be doing that now with the wiring disconnects required. Thanks
