Anyone had this issue? Linex I assume took the tailgate off to do the bed liner, now it has tailgate ajar alert that stays on all the time no matter the position of the tailgate. They said it usually goes away after 50 miles, and that if it doesn't the dealer would have to fix it. Mine didn't go away.
I was hoping someone else on here had the issue and it might be an easy fix so I don't have to deal with the dealer.
Also not sure if there might be costs for me, it's a new truck, so I'd think it's under warranty... but if not I'll have to give linex a call.
Already tried easy fixes like opening and closing it at varying patterns in relation to truck being on or off.
