Has anyone heard about this System Code TSB25-2048? I am having issues still with loss of audio when using CarPlay. I just called Ford and they said this "Code" was issued today and one of the issues is it covers is audio loss. I ask because 3 weeks ago I called Ford and they sent me to the dealership to fix this issue by updating the ACM, BCM, and PCM. Those updates did not fix it even though Ford made it sound like it would. Thanks for any info you can share.

TSB stands for Technical Service Bulletin. It's a notice that Ford sends out to the dealerships/shops to advise them that there is a common problems that may affect specific vehicles. They verify the symptoms and, if present, advise you that you should have it addressed. If your warranty is still valid and it covers the part(s), then it won't cost you anything for the repair/service. If it's no longer under warranty or the parts(s) aren't covered, you'll have to pay for it out of pocket.

I don't have any comment on whether your dealership did or did not perform the repair or perform it correctly.

Is it safe to assume that if Ford puts out a TSB that they have a fix for it?
