Sync4 Mic Quit

Anyone had this problem. Mic just quit working. Driver assistance cant hear me. Phone calls made n I hear them ok but they cant hear me. When i push voice button with a command it just times out, not hearing me. Cant find anyplace to activate mic.

I haven’t heard of it happening.

Did you try holding down power and seek right buttons until Sync reboots?

After that I’d try a master reset (sync screen, settings, general, master reset). You’ll have to renter your radio stations and Bluetooth connection following this.

I did the soft reboot. Skeptical of doing the reset. Heard some horror stories.

Battery was a little aged. Replaced it n shes back to normal. Thanks
