Sync freezing/rebooting after 3.5.3.2 update

Hey All,

I am wondering if anyone has run into the same issues as I have after receiving some updates. I have received the following updates

Sep 12th 2022 - 3.5.2
Feb 21st 2023 - 3.5.3.2
Mar 10th 2023 - priority update 22-PU1010-MIL-QL

After the 3.5.3.2 update which gave me full screen CarPlay, my sync screen freezes and reboots ALL THE TIME. Typically on my 10 minute commute to work it will freeze and reboot once. Sometimes it's when I'm trying to navigate through different screens and sometime it happens without any input from me at all.

It's definitely frustrating as my Sync was solid before that update. I think it maybe rebooted a single time in the previous 8 months.

Hey. I was wondering if you ever figured out anything on your screen acting up? Mines doing the same thing since it updated. Very frustrating. I’m sure there are ways to “reboot” it but does it work?

I listen to Pandora 90 percent of the time. It stops playing, skips, pauses, turns off, etc. Not a reboot, but still very frustrating.

Same issues here! I also noticed when I back out of my garage my camera doesn't work at times then it'll reboot. I just got my truck back from Ford Friday for a evap sensor so taking it back to them is not an option for me.

I have not had this issue solved. I've had another update or two since my original post and it is still happening. My only hope is that one day an update will repair the issue.

It's annoying and frustrating, but at this point I'm not willing to drop my truck off at the dealer for days of diagnosis.
