Sync 8 to 12 APIM programming issue.

Hello I upgraded my display from 8 to 12 and have an issue with the display.

In the picture you can see the left side of the screen is the issue, the right seems to be working fine.
I think it could be a bad APIM but I wanted to check and update it first.

I have make all the changes needed with forscan and still no change.

I tried updating with FDRS and keep getting getflashactionpartnumbers.
I have tried PMI with and with out the old module.

I wanted to see if I missed anything before I replace the APIM, the APIM was new and never programmed as far as I can tell.

Yes I have done that a few times.

I used the base config attached in this thread and also tried just changing the line
