SYNC 4 Digital Owners Manual not working?

I was changing my oil and forgot the fill quantity so I was going to refer to the Owners Manual only to find this on my screen.

It looked different from what I remember (I haven't used it much and definitely not recently).
So I typed in 'oil' and...

Presto! I get this message.

Nothing I do or select takes me to anything else. Always land back on this screen with a message about Owner's Manual unavailable for Program P558. WTH??

Has anyone else seen or experienced this? The last OTA update I received was 6.5.0 July 18, 2024, over a year ago, which I took a picture of. I don't see any other numbers on my screens now so I don't know how others are identifying their update level. Fordpass doesn't show any update messages since Oct 21, 2023!
This is a very weak link of the Sync 4 system.

I would assume you changed the vehicle program (model) in the APIM to get the climate controls on your side card. The owners manual gets the model info from that setting. That is your issue.

You are correct. I pretty much assumed it had something to do with my Forscan tweaks. Thanks for the confirmation. I know the Manual is also in Ford pass, but I was just curious to see if I could quickly pull it up on the truck screen.
