Got my truck back from the dealership last week for a evap sensor replacement, and today I noticed my Sync 4 reverted back to 4.2.2.2. I have a 2023 Tremor with all the latest update up until today. Has this happened to anyone else? I did let it sit in my garage for the last 5 days since I took a trip to Nashville, but it was fine before I left.

Why do you think it reverted back to 4.2.2.2? If anything, it updated to 4.2.2.2. That is the latest OTA for the newer trucks. Your Sync version should be 23045 (I think) which is the latest.

to be fair it’s not unheard of. I had Ford send me an older version of Sync twice. Luckily @Jesse-Infotainment helped me out of course

I remember you telling me about it. Happened to at least one other person, too. In this case, there was nothing to roll back from if he is at the latest.
