Storing radio stations

Trying to store favorite radio stations. The tutorials show a favorite selection in the bottom line on the work screen. It doesn't show up on my screen. The center selection on my menu shows edit when touched but doesn't offer FAV as an option. Is there a total reset to factory settings that might restore FAV? I thought I saw in the tutorial that selecting FAV would store the station setting. Thanks to all.
