Static shock every time I get out of truck

Everytime I get out of my truck I shock myself when I touch the door! No matter what I do it happens, even when I pull my jacket over my hand it zaps me through my jacket. I kinda laughed it off at first but now it’s irritating the crap out of me! Probably sounds silly to most but I’ve never had this issue with any car or truck before? Is there like an anti static spray I can treat the seats with or something to look out for? This is such a weird issue to have…I have cloth xlt seats

It's a winter thing, likely due to low humidity. My wife is extra-shocking during this time of year.

I don't know of a solution, other than finding a new wife...

Old school cure....Static strap... hangs down under the vehicle and discharges the static to ground. Was said to help with motion sickness.
