Well, the same SSM released recently may apply to your case even though your symptoms are different from what others have described:
Make an appt with your dealer, tell them about the popping sound and mention this SSM. There is a software update that may fix it.

| 2021-2023 F-150/Expedition may exhibit a pop noise and/or static in the speakers at start up that cannot be turned down or off using the audio system controls. To correct the condition, reprogram the audio digital signal processing module (DSP) to the latest software level using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 18B849 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual. |

Same here. This is a result of a recent software update. I have the basic B&O system in a '21 Job 1 Lariat. Pops on entry.

The software update actually caused it.

Several people have installed that DSP update and have reported no issues. That is mighty strange.

I suspect it has something to do with which sound system is installed, since there are multiple options. Mine is the "standard" B&O.

Our 2021 ford f150 does this as well. Does a software update fix it? We have had so many issues with it needing to go into the shop for software updates. Super frustrating.

I thought this went away with the latest software update, but it didn't. Mine still has a popping sound on entry ("regular" B&O system).

Does anyone have a resolution to the "speaker pop on entry"? I have this issue AFTER the latest software upgrade. The dealer hasn't been able/willing to help.

Has anyone resolved this? I also get some static sounds from the seat speaker (I think) when leaning back in my seat. The lumbar extended makes the static go away but still annoying!

Mine does the same thing. I've had my truck into the dealership 6 times to fix the problem with no solution. APIM and DSP replaced, along with all the programing updated. Now they are saying they need to remove all the interior and find the "wire/ground/connector" that is causing the issue. They say it could take up to 3 weeks? This is crazy. Since this keeps happening to others, I'm hoping someone has found a solution.
