Speaker upgrade for XL?

What’s a good high quality speaker for the doors? 24 f150 XL single cab. Just want something plug and play with no amp or subs. Sorry I’m not an audio guy. Going to do some sound deadening and might as well throw some upgraded speakers in if there is a big Improvement to be gained. Thanks!

I just did the Kickers in my doors. 6x9 three way in front. Made a huge improvement over the B&O crap

I also installed the Sounds Good Stereo block-off plates and some sound deadening sheets, and it is 1000% better than stock, crisp highs and some decent bass....not rattle the emblems off, but just fine for me.
