When keeping it steady at 25mph, I get what I can best describe as the sound you get when you have a nail in your tire.

The sound gets deeper the slower the speed and higher pitched when speeding up. Of all the trucks I've owned, the only time I've ever heard this was when my tire was punctured.

I've checked all four tires and there's nothing, and I cant seem to find what must be rubbing (PSI is also set at factory spec). Sound is driving me nuts because It's extremely prominent when driving around in a parking lot. Does anyone have any clues?

Check for heat shield material hanging from truck bed and contacting your drive shaft. Gonna have to crawl underneath to really check it out. There have been several instances of this happening and apparently it is an easy fix. A search should direct you to more clues.
