Had the same issues. There was a TSB issued for the bed plug that included replacing the inverter and all three plugs. My local dealer replaced the inverter and only the bed plug and got everything working.

What @Dadpool said. Also, what are you plugging in? Outlets are only rated at 400 watts with little to no surge allowed.

Over the summer I started having issues with my 110 outlets (400w inverter, not PPOB - also a 2021 XLT). I saw the TSB about replacing the truck bed outlet. Before spending the money on a new outlet, I just removed the outlet that was there and took it inside and cleaned it up really good. I used a bunch of contact cleaner in the outlet itself as well as on the connector that plugs into the harness behind the rear tire (both sides of the connector). I also inferred from the TSB that there may be some chafing issues inside the fender since they wanted you to relocate some of the clips that hold the wire, so I wrapped the wires with some electrical tape where they would have contacted an edge in the fender, a few inches below where the outlet goes in the bed. There was no evidence of the wires getting worn on mine but I figured why not.

Ever since doing that my outlets seem to be working fine. Prior to doing the cleaning, my outlets would reliably shut down within 2-10 minutes of starting the truck (orange light by the outlet would go out).

Tried the same approach as Dave79, but in the end replaced the outlet in the bed which got everything working properly. My symptom was inverter outlets would work for about 20-30 seconds after starting vehicle (led's on all outlets would be illuminated for the brief time the inverter was sending power), but then shut off and throw a B1330-9A code. Tried resetting the bcm learned strategy and bcm lin new module initialization also. There is an updated part from Ford as well, other than having a protective loom from the harness connector to the outlet I'm not entirely sure what is different about it internally. I also believe that this is where having wheel liners may help by not allowing water/debris to shoot off the rear tires directly where a lot of these components live.
