I drove a 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie for 9 years. I was constantly frustrated by the lack of head room and leg room. I had to duck my head every time I got into the truck. I'm 6'5, 300 lbs, so not normal sized but still. I felt like I was driving a Toyota.
I never thought twice about it. I just figured all newer half ton trucks must be the same...
That was until I bought my 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat. It is SOOO much bigger. I have no sun roof, so the head room is crazy. I couldn't hit my head on the roof of I tried. In my Ram unless I reclined the seat, my head was on the roof.
The leg and hip room is so much bigger in the F-150 too. I actually have to move my seat up and telescope the steering wheel toward me.
Did anyone else know how much bigger the F150 is than that Ram?? Man I wish I knew sooner!
