Does any of your signed paperwork state the finances at the time, or agreed upon at the time? Do you have any emails, texts or any communications? I made sure to email everything with my dealership, and if they called back I would follow up with an email summary of our conversation for clarity and my own protection. Not sure how much budging Ford credit will have, but like @fordhouston stated above, you could ask a lawyer if you have any documentation on your side.

i f*cked up on my end about that.. i didn't document the "special financing" offer they had going on at the time my first truck order was placed.

So does it matter with the "must take delivery by" info on the details of are you good of that was available at time of order?

Also, what down payment did y'all need to pay to get the Ford deal?

Just an update !!!
Salesman gave me wrong info when I signed my order. It wasn't 0-72 It was 1.9% - 60 months.
What avenue do I have to fight my signed order with deposit.

I ordered on 10-28-21 and that's what I ended up with when I picked it up on 2-08-22. 1.9% - 60 months.

I believe the 0-72 was for the converted 21 to 22 orders but I could be wrong. (It happens. But don't tell my ex wife.)

Does anyone have access to the ford smart Vincent system in this group? Saw that on the maverick truck page someone did and was checking incentives and deals for them
