Slight clunk from rear

My truck is just over a year old with under 10k miles on it. Any chance the yoke would need to be greased already? Past few days have been cooler outside and about 30% of the time from a dead stop I feed a very faint clunk coming from the rear. Somewhat feels like brakes sticking but could be the rear end itself. It doesn’t make a noise and doesn’t make any noise or sensations going over bumps. I think I had it very sporadically before, but it was so few and far between I didn’t even notice it.

for what it’s worth in drive in tow/haul mode most of the time and it’s a 4x4

normal possibly? Needs grease already? Something else completely?

Wouldn’t hurt to lube up the drive shaft splines. I started hearing it too, I was at 68k miles. Still, I found very little lube in there. Get the Motorcraft PTFE lube in a small tube and a bag of bolts for about $25. works great and lasts a long time. Hardest thing is having to keep turning the truck on to engage neutral to rotate the rear coupling to access the bolts.
